Meet Ed Smith

From the age of 11, Ed Smith has been making the right real estate moves. Ed made his first real estate investment when he was in just the seventh grade, perhaps foreshadowing his future.

Later, Ed sold that real estate investment and continued to work throughout high school and college as he earned his degree in Accounting from Marshall University . Although he enjoyed his accounting experience, he came back to his true passion: real estate.  

Ed's true break into a real estate career came when he ventured into commercial real estate development. He conceptualized, developed, and managed multiple retail stores; all in major shopping centers. His real estate business matured and intensified as he ventured into single and multi-family residential development in Virginia and North Carolina.
