If you're looking for a cool treat with serious local flavor, Blue Cow Ice Cream is a must-visit.

This locally owned shop serves up homemade, small-batch ice cream that's anything but ordinary. The next question that usually...

Several months ago I had the opportunity to volunteer with Renovation Alliance and MKB, REALTORS on Community Renovation Day. We joined together to help provide some peace of mind to long standing residents of our community (the Grant family). Both members of the family were diagnosed with severe illnesses that had prevented them from making some of the necessary repairs to their home, and we were able to assist them during this difficult time.

I think we all should provide a helping hand wherever and whenever we can! In this case, being able to help in easing some of their worries and anxieties was especially meaningful to me because I know it's important to spend the time we have making memories...
